Luu has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years now.  It started with a coupon I received when I first moved to Woodland Hills from San Diego, and I’ve been a loyal and extremely happy client ever since.  Luu has always done an excellent job with my hair, but more importantly, she has always provided me with the absolute best in service.

She goes out of her way to make time to see me.  She greets me with a smile and warm, heart felt conversation each and every time.  She truly cares about me and my family.  As a matter of fact I would say Luu has become a part of our family.

"Taking a weekend getaway to Santa Barbara, I would be missing my regular hair appointment with Luu. Arriving in Santa Barbara and wanting to have my hair cut, I found an upscale salon in the downtown area. It was a little pricey but I was used to getting a good looking style and cut from Luu and I didn't want to compromise on the quality.
 
Suprisingly, the woman who cut my hair was done in 15 minutes Wow, I thought! Luu is great but this Santa Barabara stylist must be a genius to give me a "Luu quality" cut (or so I thought at the moment!) in less than half the time it usually takes Luu.
 
Arriving back at my hotel room, I showered, washed and dried my hair and......SUPRISE!
It looked like it must had been the first style and cut this lady had ever done What a mess!
My hair was so uneven badly done that I doubted it could even be fixed. I would just have to wait until I got back on track with my next visit to Luu.

Luu is marvelous.  Love her easy-care hair cuts, precise hair-coloring, and perfect highlighting. With her hair cuts, even with my long hair, it is wash, comb and go.  I don't even need to blow dry.  I do blow dry, and slightly use curling iron in the front, for a special look.
 
Pampered facial dermabrasion for my very sensitive skin results in fresher, perked-up skin tone, and smoother, ultra squeaky clean feeling. On numerous occasions, whenever friends see me, after a dermabrasion treatment, they always comment on how great I look (aside from my hair).  I know it is because my face looks fresher.  I've had plenty of salon facials, but nothing compares to Luu's dermabrasion for a real difference you can see!

Dear Luu,
Just to start the year off right and go on record.After six years, as to the fact that you are the only person  I have ever really trusted to take care of my hair.
My reference, as you know, is to have my hair past my shoulders, but before you, I would ask for a trim and get shorter and shorter hair styles. You are the only one to do just as I ask.

My hair is also very fine and with being mistreated over the earlier years. It also was in poor health. I finally quit doing anything to my hair (it was about white except for the "skull cap” and in the very back) until a friend suggested I go to see you for a “weave”, as she was doing. I am so fortunate that I did, because my hair has never been this long, this healthy and color treated. The way you weave it makes the color more even, look better and more natural that the way “mother nature” was doing it .

Thank you also for all the spoiling you do. You have always tried to fit me in, even when it was difficult for you and kept the appointments. In my experience such consistency is rare in any field, but especially so with people in the business of beauty.
